Each Shapeshifter piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

However, I understand that buying jewelry online can sometimes be uncertain. If you’re not fully satisfied with your piece, I offer returns for store credit only.

To request a return, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a store credit for the full item value (excluding shipping) will be issued.

Repairs and refinishing are always available as part of your Lifetime Warranty.
